Poker History

Michael started playing poker online in the beginning of 2004. At this time he was playing a lot of Chicago and Blackjack with his friends. Sports betting was another thing he was passionate about and enjoyed. When he finished his military service he and his friends started to play more poker. It was in the tournaments he found most of his success. During 2006 he started to play poker professionally and ever since, has had great success in tournaments, both online and live.

In 2007 Michael played in several WSOP events in particular the $10,000 Main event where he finished 413th cashing in a respectable $34,000. Michael continued this impressive run in 2008 when In October, he finished as the runner up in EPT London which gave him $961,902. his biggest win so far.

Immediately after this 2nd place finish at the EPT Michael went on to win the €1,000 NlH masters classic in Amsterdam taking home a cool $204,029. This didn't stop there and on the 31st August 2009 he came 7th in the Partouche poker tour Grand final where he cashed just under $200,000. Again this seemed to be a stepping stone as not a month later he came 2nd in the English open taking just over $200,000 and then not a year later won the EPT Barcelona taking $191,351.

Michael has had an impressive run in poker tournaments worldwide over the last 4 years and his latest capper was less than a month ago where he Won the EPT Copenhagen taking just under $700,000.
