Jose Ignacio Barbero becomes the first Argentinean to sign with Full Tilt Poker!
Jose Ignacio Barbero who hails from Buenos Aires is currently ranked as the no.1 player in Argentina both online and live. He made it to the Money two times during the 2008 WSOP, and in addition has several other international successes the last years. His latest win came in one of the side events at the ”EPT Caribbean Adventure Tournament” in Bahamas, winning over $73 000 in January 2009.
Jose Ignacio Barbero is the very first Argentinean player to join Full Tilt Poker’s great lineup of profiled poker players like, Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen, Howard Lederer, Michael Tureniec, Soren Kongsgaard and João Barbosa to name a few.

Jose Ignacio Barbero is represented by Poker Icons and the contract with Full Tilt Poker includes that Jose Ignacio Barbero will be their representative at many of the big competitions world wide, and he will also be playing under his name below his own avatar at Fulltiltpoker.com.

Jose Ignacio Barbero is 27 years old, and lives in his hometown Buenos Aires. Jose got introduced to card games through Magic the Gathering, and was ranked number 1 in South America with several international titles under his belt.
